Returns

No Quibble Stress Free Returns From Salon Monkey.....big-tick.jpg

At Salon Monkey we understand that, unlike shopping on the high street, you don't get to see your goods up close before purchasing and as such the first time you get to evaluate your purchase is when it arrives on your doorstep. To assist with your shopping experience and to make it as easy as possible we will provide clear concise descriptions and detailed product images, however there will still be times for whatever reason you will want to return items to us.

To make this returns process as simple and quick as possible we have now added a self service returns process to your account from where you can initiate a return and monitor its progress. (see below for full instructions)

We will accept all returns without question all we ask is that the goods are returned to us un-opened and in a resaleable condition. As soon as we receive the goods back we will either refund you, issue a store credit or exchange the goods depending on what you requested when you started the returns process.

How To Process Your Return.....

  1. Log into your account from the "My Account" link at the top left of our site.
  2. Click on "Completed Orders" and select the order number that contains the item(s) you wish to return and click on the "Return Items" button.
  3. Check off the items you wish to return.
  4. Select the reason for the return, the action you require and any comments that will help us with the return and then click the "Return Items" button.
  5. You will the receive a confirmation email from us with a returns request number.
  6. Make a note of this number for reference during the returns procedure and also write it in the box provided on the rear of the original packing slip.
  7. When we receive your returns request we will authorise it and you will receive an email from us with a printable free postage label.
  8. Print the free postage returns label and cut it out.
  9. Package the goods in the original packaging along with the packing slip and any free gifts and attach the free postage label.
  10. Then simply drop off the parcel at your nearest Post Office.
  11. Once we have received your order back we will check it and apply the action you have requested.
  12. You will then receive another email from us letting you know that we have completed your return.
