It's ok, but why is it so pricey?

OK so i've got(20")Racoon extensions and my technician advises me to use Racoon products, so i do. I use the shampoo too. The products are fine - the shampoo cleans, the conditioner conditions. The smell's ok. (I prefer my old Lee Staford products from Boots though :)) The main prob i have with it is the price, and the fact that the conditioner in particular is quite thick and it gets hard to get it out once you get half way through the bottle. The bottles arent 'squeezey' and they dont ballance upside down! The cap isnt flat enough. I have to keep the bottles laying on their side to get the stuff out without alot of shaking and waiting. There's no wow factor to these products which is a shame as having extensions means you cant use normal hair products. I am bored with using it now after 3 months - can you tell!?
